For the secretariat of the Institute for Emergency Medicine at the Triemli location, we are looking for a committed personality starting from 1 October or by arrangement, fixed-term for one year. Tasks ## • You write and process inquiries from health insurance companies, insurance providers, authorities, and lawyers, as well as written and telephone inquiries from patients. • You provide telephone information to internal and external bodies, send reports regarding the workflow to general practitioners, referring physicians, and clinics, and order files from the archive or externally (Scanning HCM). • You handle insurance inquiries, issue certificates for accident insurers, health insurance companies, and IV offices, and record services according to TARMED. • You support the organization and implementation of continuing education and undertake general secretarial tasks such as mail processing, dispatch, material orders, and scanning. • You organize and carry out month-end and year-end tasks and undertake further administrative tasks in daily operations.
