Real Estate Management Clerk (M/F/D) 100%

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Together with an experienced real estate manager, responsibility for the management of an interesting and varied real estate portfolio
• Organization and execution of viewing appointments, obtaining tenant references, preparation of lease documents, as well as processing incoming terminations
• Responsible for the creation and placement of advertisements and support in the preparation of monthly reports as well as checking invoices
• Daily contact with tenants, craftsmen, and facility management

YOUR STRENGTHS AND EXPERIENCES

• Commercial basic training or equivalent
• Experience as a real estate management clerk
• Proficient German; oral and written, good English skills
• Communicative organizational talent
• Exact and independent way of working
• Motivated, flexible, and reliable personality
• Good manners and enjoyment of dealing with people as well as teamwork skills
