Learn more about the UZH as an employer! ### Tasks • Support for the managing director and the professors and group leaders in all administrative matters • Organization of travel for professors and group leaders (incl. transport and hotel bookings, registrations at conferences as well as applications for reimbursement of expenses) • Organization of various institute and group seminars (incl. organization of travel and accommodation as well as support for invited guests) • Assistance in the organization of exams and preparation of exam documents • Organization of various events of the institute and support for the PR team in the organization of special events • Updating and maintenance of various databases, mailing lists and MS Teams channels • Assistance with foundations (administration, meeting organization, minutes taking as well as handover/acceptance of student rooms) • general administrative work such as minute taking, agenda management and coordination of seminar rooms and lecture halls • mail administration • independent correspondence in German and English Profile • commercial training (Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ, E-Profil) • several years of professional experience as a commercial clerk (experience in a university environment is an advantage) • German as a native language and English fluent in spoken and written (Advanced Level) • very good IT user skills • quick comprehension and very independent, efficient as well as reliable way of working • high teamwork skills, service orientation, initiative and flexibility
