We are looking for our client, a real estate company in Limmattal, immediately or by arrangement, at an 80-100% workload, for a reliable and committed Senior Real Estate Property Manager ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Management of an interesting commercial portfolio • Contact person for tenants, owners and tradespeople • Care of the property, also much on-site at the premises • Budgeting and investment planning for rental income, maintenance and renovation • Control of rent and heating service charge statements • Support in debt collection and dunning management Qualifications & Competencies • Commercial basic training or similar • Completion as Eidg. dipl.
