Your tasks – versatile and responsible

• You actively manage a demanding and varied residential and commercial portfolio.
• You carry out inspections and handovers of rental properties during initial rentals and tenant changes.
• You support our tenants and owners personally, competently, and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You ensure the flawless maintenance of our properties.
• You conduct periodic property inspections and prepare condition reports.
• You process rental agreement and rent changes independently and carefully.
• You participate in the introduction and further development of new systems and processes.

Your profile – competent and strong in communication

• You have completed a KV apprenticeship or a technical basic training with commercial further training.
• You possess the eidg. Fachausweis as Immobilienbewirtschafter/in and bring at least five years of professional experience in real estate management.
• You have good knowledge of accounting as well as real estate law, especially in OR, ZGB, and SchKG.
• You communicate with stylistic confidence in German and have good MS Office skills; knowledge of RIMO R5 is an advantage.
• You are customer-oriented, strong in communication, and a team player.
• You convince through an independent, solution-oriented way of working as well as a confident appearance.
