What you bring

• You have a commercial education and possess the professional certificate as a Real Estate Manager.
• You have several years of experience as a Real Estate Manager, including at least one year of experience with a focus on the commercial real estate sector.
• You bring sound knowledge in tenancy law and in the area of property maintenance.
• You appear confident, negotiate skillfully, and communicate bindingly.
• You are well-organized, quality-conscious, and service-oriented.
• You communicate with stylistic confidence in German and fluently in English.
• Good IT skills (GREM, M365) and a car driver's license round off your profile.
