Tasks ##

As a technical solution manager, you ensure the reliable technical operation and further development of various specialist applications - in particular Crew, the system for the deployment planning of our employees.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the technical operation and further development of the supported specialist applications
• Advice and support for the Product Manager and the Product Owner
• Analysis and rectification of complex malfunctions and errors as well as optimization of application architecture and performance
• Planning, execution, and monitoring of tests and rollouts within the framework of change and release management
• Coordination between users, IT departments, and external suppliers
• Participation in IT projects
• Representation of the applications in cross-departmental committees and user groups
• Maintenance of system documentation in ITSM and in the VBZ-Wiki as well as ensuring technical knowledge transfer
• Implementation of the relevant ITIL processes, especially incident, change, and problem management
• Participation in the 24h on-call service according to municipal regulations

Profile ##

• Completed 4-year training as an Informatiker*in EFZ or a comparable training
• University of applied sciences degree with a diploma in informatics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the support and further development of IT applications, ideally more than 10 years
• Very good knowledge and practical application experience with Windows Server, cloud technologies and microservices such as Docker, GDC, Kubernetes and modern interface technologies such as API and REST
• Experience in the management and coordination of IT sub-projects
• Knowledge of agile working methods and IT service management, especially ITIL, Kanban, and Scrum
• Analytical and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high sense of quality and responsibility

Wonderful, then we are happy to create a fair salary offer for you, which lies between a gross annual salary of CHF 115'000 and CHF 125'000 (100% workload). In such cases, starting salaries slightly below or above this range are possible.
