About the position
As a Junior Project Manager, you will become the central interface between project management, internal technical experts, and external stakeholders, and you will undertake the following tasks:
Your tasks
Project coordination & support: You relieve the Senior Project Managers in day-to-day business and actively help steer exciting infrastructure projects.
Finance & controlling: You support commercial monitoring, cost control, and the steering of ongoing projects.
Dossier & BGV creation: You are responsible for the correct preparation of official documents and planning approval procedures (BGV).
Communication & stakeholder management: You maintain close, proactive exchange with various stakeholder groups and ensure the flow of information.
Office focus & planning: You undertake conceptual steering from the office, without direct deployment on the construction site.
Requirements
Education: Successfully completed studies (BSc) as a civil engineer or mechanical engineer.
Expertise: Great interest or initial experience in the field of railway technology and track.
Soft Skills: You are extroverted, communicative, and approach tasks with a lot of initiative.
Way of working: Independence, assertiveness, and a forward-looking view of project risks characterize you.
Languages: Fluent German skills in speaking and writing.
