Tasks

• Reception of patients and external guests of the RZM
• Oral and written appointment scheduling for patients
• Planning of appointment series for patients and coordination between patients, dentists, and dental technicians
• Providing dental information and first contact during ongoing treatments
• Administrative management of the clinical agendas of dentists
• Coordination and organization of patient referrals
• Processing of incoming and outgoing mail and undertaking additional administrative activities

Profile

You have completed training as a dental assistant as well as additional commercial qualifications. Your personal strengths include loyalty, confidentiality, teamwork, resilience, and initiative. Furthermore, you work very independently, present yourself in a well-groomed manner, and possess very good manners. Particularly important to us is an open, helpful, and warm personality that maintains calm and overview even in hectic situations and works reliably at all times. Perfect German skills as well as very good English skills in speaking and writing round off your profile. Further language skills are an advantage. You enjoy working in a dynamic team and are characterized by a high readiness to provide service.

The position is initially limited to one year, with the possibility of subsequent permanent employment.
