Job description

As a co-educator, you show full commitment across several groups and are a valuable support for the group leaders. You represent the group leaders during holiday absences and demonstrate your leadership skills in the process. Further education is a matter of course for us. To complement our «Fugu» Kinderkrippen team Zürich Affoltern, we are looking for a/an co-educator 40% as of December 2026, every Tuesday and Wednesday or by arrangement Tasks

Care and promotion of the children in everyday life
Constructive cooperation with the group leader and support in everyday life
Assistance in planning and conducting excursions
Assistance in planning and implementing regular parent events
Professional parental work
Independent management of the children's group according to our pedagogical principles as well as independent assumption of all related activities in the absence of the group leader

Requirements

Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ, specialization in childcare
Resilience and great commitment in working with children
Reliable, independent and organized way of working
Motivation, joy and interest in working with children and the team
Positive and professional appearance
Workplace «Fugu» Kinderkrippen are a private company which has set itself the goal of expanding family-complementary childcare at attractive locations. Our «Fugu»-Huus is located at Wehntalerstrasse 400 in the Glaubten development in the center of Affoltern in District 11. Parking spaces for dropping off and picking up children are also available. We have 340m2 of light-flooded premises available to us, which we have designed and furnished in a child-friendly manner. The opening hours are from 7.00 to 18.30. Become part of our team!
