Your tasks ##

• You are responsible for the goal-oriented leadership of the team, for ensuring quality as well as for personnel planning and the development of employees
• You support the co-development of the commercial space teams in the assigned branch and ensure professional guidance
• You are responsible for market-conform management as well as ensuring the maintenance of the real estate portfolio consisting of commercial spaces
• You advise owners and tenants, create and negotiate demanding contracts and manage the Facility Managers
• You are responsible for ensuring, executing, and accompanying maintenance as well as for periodic condition assessments including report generation
• You develop and manage the annual budget including forecasts and control the coding of accounts payable
• You issue repair and renovation orders and monitor their execution
• You monitor current rental policy and advise property owners on the determination of rent design
• You carry out changes to rental agreements, rent changes, as well as indexed rent adjustments

Your profile ##

• You possess a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management or a Federal Diploma of Real Estate Agent
• You bring many years of professional experience in the real estate industry, have specialist knowledge in the commercial space sector as well as construction and marketing knowledge
• Your native language is German and it is an advantage if you can communicate orally and in writing in other languages
• You possess empathy and the ability to achieve top performance together as a team
• You think and act entrepreneurially and enjoy helping to shape Livit

• You possess high social and self-competence with the ability of self-management
