What you do You process damage cases in the area of motor vehicles from recording to final settlement, ensuring that processes run efficiently and customer-oriented You actively communicate with customers, workshops, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth processing of damage cases You analyze damage reports, check coverage, and decide on further processing, always with a view to the best solution for all parties involved You support the optimization of processes and make suggestions to increase the efficiency and quality of damage processing You work closely with your team to solve complex cases and continuously improve customer satisfaction What you bring Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, ideally with experience in damage processing or insurance Strong customer orientation and communication skills to act professionally and solution-oriented even in challenging situations Ability to work independently and structured, combined with high problem-solving competence Team spirit and willingness to actively contribute to the collaboration and success of the team Good IT skills and the ability to familiarize yourself with new systems Your contact Talent Acquisition Consultant: Silke Nachtigall Additional information Part-time or full-time: 80 - 100% Location: Hybrid working: up to 40% We look forward to your online application - also without a cover letter.
