With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for an experienced job coach person who independently manages cases with curiosity and joy, maintains an overview in complex situations, and accompanies young people with patience and perseverance. What you do with us • You manage your own clients. From situation analysis to target agreements and constructive measures to integration into the first professional and labor market, you accompany the process professionally, bindingly, and independently. • You help decide. With which learning partners and specialist agencies to work, you determine based on professional reasoning and in exchange with the team. • You hold the system together. Client, training company, vocational school, practitioners, legal guardians, and clients bring different perspectives. You moderate, negotiate, and enable viable decisions within the system. • You access follow-up solutions. Structural development, work trials, trial, internship, and apprenticeship positions in the first labor market are not only found in a database, but through relationships that you build and maintain. • You document precisely and on time. Your progress protocols, situation reports, and final reports create transparency for clients and put successful integration processes in writing. • You help shape things. We develop processes, methodology, and work tools together. Anyone who sees a good alternative solution brings it forward. We are also ambitious regarding the topic of AI and want to move forward as a team. What you bring with you • Experience counts: You have many years of job coach practice in working with young adults in the first labor market. • Sound education: A tertiary degree as well as training as a coach (ideally systemically-solution-oriented) makes you our expert. • Networking: Your contacts in the education and working world are a big plus. Experience with larger educational institutions such as: training companies, training company associations, OdAs, etc. are particularly valuable. • Structure & creativity: You work in an organized manner, think and act outside the box, and actively contribute to the team.
