With us, you can make a difference! • No more run-of-the-mill, we offer complex patient situations: From A as in anorexia, H as in hyponatremia, P as in polytrauma to Z as in cell lymphoma, everything is included • You support the nursing team of the IMC in everyday life: This includes co-care and coaching in demanding nursing situations; conducting case discussions and further training in the nursing teams and developing, implementing and evaluating guidelines and concepts in cooperation with the nursing expert • Continuous development of a person-centered practice and securing nursing quality in close cooperation with the nursing expert • Our Shared Governance Team offers you the best possible and individual leadership.
