For over 65 years, the Stiftung RgZ has been supporting the development, lifestyle, and social integration of people with mobility impairments, developmental disabilities, intellectual or multiple disabilities. In eight early consultation and therapy centers for children, two special education schools, two day centers, one sheltered workshop, one bicycle workshop, one restaurant, seven socio-pedagogically supervised apartments, and one residential home for adults, around 290 employees promote, teach, care for, and employ approximately 3500 children, adolescents, and adults annually. Head of Finance, HR and IT

As a member of the executive management, you are responsible for the areas of Finance, HR, and IT and will develop them together with your team of seven employees. At the center is the financial management of the foundation: you are responsible for FIBU, BEBU and asset accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER 21, quarterly, interim, and annual financial statements, budgeting, financial and investment planning, as well as controlling and reporting. Likewise, you ensure correct billing to the various benefit providers and further develop the IKS. In HR, you ensure reliable personnel processes and professional administration. In addition, together with an external service provider, you ensure a secure and modern IT infrastructure.

For this versatile leadership task, we are looking for an experienced finance professional with higher education in finance and accounting and leadership experience in a comparable function. You are familiar with the foundation environment and, ideally, also with the billing method of the Canton of Zürich. You also convince through strong social competence with your calm and deliberate personality. You are a team player who places great value on a partnership-based, trusting working atmosphere, but also thinks and acts in a holistically networked manner.
