Social Pedagogue or Specialist in Care, Tagesschule Wolfsblick, 80 %

At Tagesschule Wolfsblick, a new place of learning and living has emerged in which instruction, care, and community are interconnected.

The care of the primary department belongs to Tagesschule Wolfsblick in Zürich Affoltern. Every day at midday, up to 220 children are provided with meals and care. The care facility is open for the students of the primary department from Monday to Friday from 11.50 to 18.00.

To strengthen our existing team, we are looking for a social pedagogue in the function of after-school care manager or a specialist in care starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You support the care teams with your specialist knowledge in everyday life and keep a cool head even in challenging situations
• You perform a workload of 80% over 4 - 5 days per week
• You work with kindergarten and primary school children (up to 6th grade) and accompany them in regular operations, in holiday care, as well as in care on school-free days

Profile ##

• Degree as a Social Pedagogue FH or HFS; Social Worker FH or HFS; Teaching diploma for the compulsory school level, university degree with a major in social pedagogy, pedagogy or educational sciences; EFZ Specialist in Care, certified childcare worker, Social Agogist EFZ, Social Companion FA (for applications with a foreign diploma / specialist certificate, a Swiss diploma recognition must be mandatorily attached)
• Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and helping to shape the care
• Motivation to organize and implement needs-oriented offers
• Willingness to accompany FaBe learners in everyday care (experience as a vocational trainer is an advantage or interest in attending the necessary further training)
• Willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation in the school team
• Professional experience in supplementary family care is an advantage
