Our customer, a company operating throughout Switzerland in the field of railway technology, has full order books and is planning for the long term. Therefore, we are looking for YOU, immediately or by arrangement, in the role of Technician in the field of tunnel radio What are your tasks: You are responsible for the installation, configuration, and commissioning of modern in-tunnel communication systems (Linux-based systems, GSM-R/FRMCS, Polycom (TETRAPOL), LTE/5G, antennas, and slot cables) Repair, troubleshooting, and fault rectification – in the workshop (staging) and at the customer's site in the railway tunnel – are also part of your area of responsibility Revisions and maintenance work Furthermore, the creation and maintenance of technical measurement reports Technical support in system technology Requirements: You have completed basic technical training (electronics technician, multimedia electronics technician, telematics technician, or similar) Further training to become a technician HF has already been completed – or you have the motivation to complete it with us Clean, quality-conscious working style and an eye for the big picture Reliable, punctual, proactive Knowledge in the HF area (high frequency) Willingness to work in tunnel environments and night windows Driver's license Cat.
