Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Building Services Designer, specialization heating EFZ - Ideally completed further training as a dipl. Techniker HF Heating or Building Services (or on the way to it) - Thanks to your social skills and proactive qualities, you are able to motivate, lead, and train employees - You bring at least 2-3 years of experience in the project execution of heating and cooling as well as in working with demanding customers - You demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking

Field of activity

• You plan, monitor, and lead our demanding small as well as large building technology projects - You prepare offers and take responsibility for the timely execution of orders - You independently lead the project team, the controlling of costs, and are responsible for the quality of the execution - You carry out analyses to optimize energy efficiency, derive suitable measures from them, and implement them with your team - Subject to suitability and opportunities - you acquire new projects & customers and maintain existing contacts as part of your activities
