Job Description
We are looking for an experienced group leader for our toddler team The KITA & Schule am Käferberg in Zürich-Oerlikon has been accompanying children and families for over 20 years. For one of our toddler groups, we are looking for an experienced and committed group leader, 80-100%, by 1. January 2027 at the latest. In our toddler groups, we accompany around 9-12 children daily between the ages of 3 months and 3 years. Our pedagogical work is oriented towards the principles of Emmi Pikler. The premises are designed accordingly and enable the children to develop at their own pace, to be active independently and to gain diverse experiences. For this responsible function, we are looking for a personality who already has professional experience in the care of infants and toddlers as well as experience in leading a group. You will take responsibility for the pedagogical work of your group, lead and accompany the employees and work closely with the parents and the management. This is what we offer

This is what you bring with you

a completed training as Fachperson Betreuung Kinder EFZ or a training recognized as equivalent
several years of professional experience in the toddler area
experience in the leadership or management of a children's group
joy and confidence in dealing with infants and toddlers up to 3 years
interest in the pedagogy of Emmi Pikler and the willingness to develop further in this
the ability to guide, accompany employees and take on responsibility
an appreciative, reliable and professional attitude
an open and partnership-based cooperation with parents
teamwork skills, initiative and organizational talent
