Medical Practice Assistant Gynecology 80 - 100% Zürich

You are often the first point of contact and build trust before the treatment even begins. As a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, you will work in a clinic in Zürich with a workload of 80 to 100 % and accompany patients through a sensitive and often very personal medical process in the outpatient area of gynecology and obstetrics. In doing so, you ensure the smooth running of consultation organization and contribute decisively to a professional and appreciative everyday practice routine.

• Professional reception and care of patients during the entire consultation
• Coordination and planning of gynecological, obstetrical, and specialized consultations
• Organization and execution of administrative processes in everyday practice
• Hub function between patients, medical team, and internal specialist departments
• Support of an efficient and structured practice operation

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• Ideally experience in the field of gynecology or obstetrics
• Very good German language skills
• Confident handling of digital systems and MS Office applications
