For our customer in the Zurich region, we are looking for a: Insurance Clerk 80 - 100% Responsibilities ### • Independent processing and coordination of insurance cases for various European companies within an international corporate environment • Advising and supporting internal stakeholders on insurance-related questions as well as ensuring smooth communication with external partners • Participation in the management and optimization of intra-group risk transfer and claims processes • Creation, further development, and evaluation of key figures, analyses, and management reports to support informed decisions • Maintenance of data sets, documentation, and administrative processes within insurance and risk management • Support in cross-departmental projects as well as in the continuous improvement of internal processes Requirement Profile • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification • Professional experience in an insurance, claims, or risk management environment • Knowledge of international insurance programs or alternative risk financing models is an advantage • Business fluent German skills as well as very good English skills in speaking and writing • Further foreign language skills are welcome and support international cooperation • Strong analytical skills as well as proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel • Structured, careful, and independent way of working with a high service orientation At our customer, you can expect a responsible and motivating work environment as well as attractive employment conditions.
