Project Manager (80-100%)

We are looking for an architect for the project management of a residential development, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Project Manager (80-100%)

Your profile:

• Master / Diploma in Architecture (ETH/FH)
• 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in Switzerland
• Very good German skills (min. C1)
• Experience in all project phases
• Knowledge in project management
• Competence in design, constructive thinking
• Familiarity with the Swiss construction industry and standards
• Leadership competence, flexibility, teamwork
• Professional handling of CAD/BIM (ArchiCAD) and Adobe programs

Your tasks:

• Leading the demanding project
• Leading a team of 2-4 employees
• Communication and coordination with authorities, specialist planners
• Responsibility for planning and deadlines
• Supporting the management regarding the project
