We are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a

Project Manager in the area of Living.
You are part of our Living team
and report directly to the Head of the Living department.

What awaits you

• You lead projects related to living, renting, and cohabitation and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• You develop concepts and accompany their implementation, e.g., for outdoor spaces and participation processes.
• You further develop processes in the area of Living, e.g., for the integration of new members.
• You participate in cross-departmental projects and represent the perspective of living and our residents, e.g., in new buildings or renovations.
• You clarify complex issues, prepare decision-making bases, and support the department management conceptionally and coordinatively.

What you bring

• Most important to us is your experience in project management:
• You plan projects in a structured manner and work proactively and independently.
• You involve colleagues from different areas in an appropriate manner and guide them through all project phases.
• You get to the point with complex content and convince with your communication and presentation skills.
• You think conceptually and simultaneously act pragmatically, solution-oriented, and decision-oriented.

Ideally, you bring experience from a dynamic, service-oriented environment - for example from event management, gastronomy, socio-culture, or a comparable industry in an SME environment. Commercial training or a degree, as well as several years of experience in project management, round off your profile. And because we are a housing cooperative, you should be interested in the topics of life, living, and building.
