Law Clerk 50 - 60% # The Administrative Court is the highest cantonal judicial authority in the field of administrative law. The 3rd Department judges, in particular, appeals in the areas of spatial planning, construction outside of building zones, social assistance, criminal and measures enforcement, healthcare, policing and protection against violence, road construction and road use, traffic, expropriation, animal protection, attorney supervision, as well as causal levies. To supplement our team, we are looking for a Law Clerk 50 - 60% as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement. Tasks ### As a Law Clerk, you will draft proposed judgments, participate in the decision-making process with an advisory voice, and are responsible for the drafting of the judgments. Profile ### Following your legal studies (Master's level) completed with very good qualifications at a Swiss university, you have already gained professional experience and demonstrated your interest in public law issues through practical or scientific activity. Ideally, you possess the attorney's license and/or a doctorate. Professional experience in the administration of justice is an advantage. You recognize the essentials, can quickly grasp complex facts, and present them in an easily understandable manner. Your strengths lie in a structured approach and a careful way of working. You work independently and expeditiously, are resilient and capable of teamwork. The interesting and demanding work requires the ability for precise legal work and linguistic fluency in the drafting and editing of judgments. You also enjoy familiarizing yourself with issues and legal areas that were previously unknown to you and enjoy controversial legal discussions.
