Accounting Specialist for Pension Funds 80-100% (m/f/d)

Live your ambitions Zürich (preferred) or Bern Swiss Life AG Live versatility Your area of responsibility <br /> • You independently manage the accounting for several company-owned pension funds and also look after the corresponding subsidiary ledgers, particularly for securities and real estate • You independently prepare the annual financial statements and create the annual accounts including notes according to Swiss GAAP FER 26 • You compile the necessary documents for auditing bodies and external stakeholders and act as a contact person during the annual audits • At the annual board of trustees meetings, you present the audited annual accounts • In addition, you actively participate in projects for the further development and optimization of accounting processes as well as the accounting software used • In doing so, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as IT, technical administration, management, and auditing bodies <br /> Live potentials Your strengths <br /> • You have a commercial basic education, ideally supplemented by further training in finance and accounting or in the field of occupational pension schemes • Several years of professional experience of at least three to five years in pension fund accounting distinguishes you • You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel.
