Senior HR Expert / Senior HR Expert (80-100%) As an independent service provider for Swiss pension funds, we invest in real estate. Throughout Switzerland, we create spaces for living and working. Our 80 employees manage a real estate portfolio of around 16 billion and prepare it for an environmentally and climate-friendly future. To complement our People & Organisation team of 3 employees, we are looking for a dedicated female or male colleague starting from January 2027 or by arrangement. What you do with us * You advise and support managers and employees on demanding personnel-related issues. * You are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, including application management, support, and exit management. * You conduct recruitment processes independently and support the specialist departments in acquiring new talent. * You process labor law and social insurance law issues. * You take on a central role in payroll and, together with the payroll manager, ensure competent deputy support. * You continuously develop our HR systems, especially Abacus and myAbacus, as well as digital HR processes and standards. * You lead operational HR projects and actively contribute impulses. What you bring * Federal HR specialist certificate (Eidg.
