Your main tasks

• Writing from dictation, reviewing, checking, and sending reports, as well as finalizing insurance and discharge reports of the outpatient clinic and the dermatopathology/histology belong to your daily tasks.
• You support the outpatient clinic area with administrative tasks in the daily operational business, both by telephone and in writing.
• You take over deputy tasks for the administrative secretary of the dermatosurgery area and support this area.

What you bring with you

• You have a commercial vocational training with further training as a hospital or medical secretary, or you have comparable experience.
• Experience in a university hospital environment will facilitate your entry.
• You maintain an empathetic communication style, enjoy administrative activities, and value independent work in a university, rapidly changing environment.
• You are digitally savvy, have sound Office-365 skills, and possess the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies (knowledge of KISIM is an advantage).
• You communicate with stylistic confidence in German and have good English skills. We look forward to any further language skills.
• You bring the ability to think in overall contexts, as well as high independence, flexibility, and resilience.
