Assistant Private Banking International (f/m/d) Your challenge As a central hub in the Private Banking International team, you support our client advisors in looking after a demanding private banking clientele (UHNWI and HNWI) and contribute significantly to a first-class customer experience. * You are the organizational and administrative hub of a dynamic private banking team and ensure the smooth implementation of daily business in compliance with regulatory requirements. * You coordinate and organize customer meetings, prepare discussions professionally, and support customer visits as well as international business trips. * You are responsible for the efficient implementation of administrative and operational processes such as account openings, stock and payment orders, through to ongoing customer care. * You use our front-end systems (incl. Avaloq) as a central working instrument, keep an eye on pending tasks, and ensure high data and process quality. Your profile * Successfully completed banking training or commercial training with at least five years of experience in private banking or in a comparable assistant function within a bank. * Passion for excellent customer service and the care of demanding clientele. * Professional appearance, winning manners, and stylish communication skills. * Independent, reliable, and committed personality with high initiative and a strong team spirit. * Quick comprehension as well as structured and solution-oriented working, even in a dynamic environment. * Good knowledge of banking processes and regulatory requirements as well as a solid understanding of financial products. * Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing; other languages are welcome.
