Job description
Fabe K_Students: HF Early Childhood Education - Co-Lead (60-70 %) (m/f/d) From 1 December 2026 - KG Kita-Group / Learning location: Higher Vocational School (Artiset) We are looking for aspiring doers ?, who combine theory and practice at the highest level, want to rethink early childhood education ? and actively help shape it ?. If you think big, act courageously and want to take on real responsibility in the Co-Lead from the very beginning despite being in training, you have come to the right place. We want to become a "Best Practice Place" ? and are looking for visionary team players ? with stance, depth and creativity for this. Become part of a team that does not just manage quality, but continuously develops it ?. Our pedagogy ? Our Kita is based on a pedagogy that puts relationship, language, self-efficacy and co-construction at the center. We see children as competent personalities who actively participate and are taken seriously as experts of their own world. Your stance and your pedagogical signature should be visible and effective in the everyday life of our KG-Group. Your role: Co-Lead & Designer from the start ? This training is not for pure followers. With us, you are not -just- in training, but you actively help lead and shape the KG-Group in the Co-Lead. You act self-determinedly, think visionarily ? and implement solution-oriented. You bring your fresh impulses from your studies at Artiset directly into practice, recognize opportunities and make the best of what is there -. You bring this quite casually: ?

Your ticket is solved: You are already trained as a FABE K and already have the acceptance confirmation from Artiset for the 2026 study start in your pocket and are now looking for the perfect training place to really take off with us.
Keen on co-shaping ?: You like to think along, like to try new things and enjoy sharing responsibility in a team.
Heart for relationships --: A sensitive, genuine interaction with people is a matter of course for you - especially with our older Kita children (KG-Group).
Joy in good quality ?: You simply have the desire to implement the exciting theory from school directly into a lively, high-quality Kita everyday life.
Your personality ?: You are reflective, bring a healthy portion of serenity and are eager to develop your own pedagogical signature.
Your key tasks ?- 1. Pedagogical Co-Leadership & Quality Assurance

Co-shaping a high-quality, development-oriented everyday life in the KG-Group.
Pedagogical spatial design to support relationship, play and co-constructive learning for children of kindergarten age.
Promotion of self-efficacy and autonomy.
Observation, documentation and innovative developmental support.

1. Theory-Practice Transfer & your growth (Central focus) ?

Active, creative linking of the Artiset training content with the Kita everyday life.
Use of our participatory work structures to realize your own learning spaces and projects.
Making development processes visible through modern tools and methods.
Building a strong professional identity through regular reflection.
