Construction Manager Structural Engineering

For our customer in Zürich, we are looking for an experienced person to strengthen our team as CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Structural Engineering (M/W/D) #### Your tasks: • As a construction manager, you are responsible for the smooth implementation of our construction projects. • Monitoring the execution of construction and ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, environmental, and safety standards. • Conducting negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers. • Scheduling work preparations and creating construction programs. • Local site management as well as measurement preparation and billing. • Coordination of all specialists on site and timely provision of documents for construction participants. Your profile: • Completed training as an architect, civil engineer, structural engineering technician TS, or structural draftsman with a construction manager diploma or ongoing completion. • Knowledge of Swiss standards and confident handling of common IT programs. • Team player with healthy ambition and assertiveness. • Efficient working under time pressure and compliance with deadlines. • Organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview. • Willingness to take on responsibility.
