Your tasks

• As part of the co-leadership, you will take over the personnel and specialist leadership of the Integration Coaching MNA and further develop the offering in a future-oriented manner.
• You will actively shape the cooperation and division of tasks in the co-leadership and develop a sustainable, innovative leadership structure.
• You are responsible for the implementation of the specialist fundamentals, concepts, and the integration agenda (IAZH) and ensure their sustainable anchoring in everyday work.
• You will proactively develop structures, processes, and ways of working and react flexibly to new needs and changing framework conditions.
• You will maintain the exchange with the commissioning body, authorities, internal and external specialist offices, educational offerings, as well as other stakeholders, and ensure binding and efficient cooperation.
• You will lead in a goal- and result-oriented manner according to the leadership principles of AOZ, promote and support employees, and are responsible for reporting to commissioning bodies and other stakeholders.

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor's degree (FH/University) in Social Work or a comparable field, additional training in leadership/leadership, as well as leadership experience in a comparable environment
• You think in networks, process-oriented, and conceptually and bring initiative, joy of creation, and innovative strength
• You know the educational landscape in the Canton of Zürich and the vocational choice process of young people (experience in counseling and supporting young people is an advantage)
• You have a good understanding of the life realities of young refugees as well as developments in the asylum and refugee sector and approach different life situations professionally and appreciatively
• You communicate confidently, appear sovereign, and possess negotiation skills when dealing with authorities, specialist offices, and other stakeholders
• You work in a team-oriented and interdisciplinary manner, are resilient and flexible, and bring the willingness for assignments at different locations and outside of office hours
