In the course of a succession arrangement, we are looking for an experienced, committed, and ambitious personality in the function of

Real Estate Property Manager

per January or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility includes the following:

• In cooperation with an assistant, you will manage your own portfolio consisting of residential properties and 6 STWEG properties
• Organization and execution of viewings, acceptances, and handovers
• Organization and execution of owners' meetings
• You are the direct contact person for owners, craftsmen, and authorities
• Responsibility for smooth maintenance within your assigned portfolio
• Preparation of budgets and condition reports
• General correspondence

You have the following qualifications in your backpack:

• Completed further training as a Real Estate Property Manager with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Several years of professional experience in a residential and STWEG portfolio
• Sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Driver's license Cat. B and your own car
• Very good German skills
