YOUR TEAM AND YOUR ENVIRONMENT As a Senior Relationship Manager in this versatile function, you are responsible for the care of clients in the DACH region, development and the expansion of long-term client relationships. Together with the team in Zürich, you ensure first-class client service, recognize individual client needs and offer tailored solutions. For the further growth of our business, we expect an excellent network in the DACH region, pronounced acquisition skills as well as the ability to build sustainable and trusting relationships with existing and potential clients. MAIN ACTIVITIES * Support in the takeover and care of the existing clientele from team members * Acquisition and subsequent care and development of target clients from your own network and in cooperation with the branches in Germany * Quality management for clients as well as internal departments (Compliance, Account Management, Portfolio Management) * Active participation in strategic product and sales campaigns * Participation in relevant client events, which are organized and conducted via the central event management of the ODDO-BHF Group. * Collaboration in projects for the further development of the service offering and internal processes YOUR REMUNERATION We offer you a remuneration package that is tailored to your profile and your skills. This remuneration consists of a fixed salary, a discretionary bonus, which is individually determined at the end of each year, and the possibility to become a shareholder. With the entrepreneurial spirit, we want to participate our employees in the success of the group by offering them the opportunity to become shareholders of the group together with the founding family. Together they own 90 % of the capital. The resulting commitment enables us to achieve long-term mutual growth. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES * Completion of a business or engineering university or a comparable training or a comparable degree, ideally with interest in finance * Several years of professional experience in a comparable function as well as sound practice in the * care of DACH clients from Switzerland * Curiosity, perseverance, initiative, flexibility and reliability * Pronounced social and communicative competencies as well as enjoyment in working with different stakeholders * High service and quality awareness as well as a customer-oriented way of working * Independent, structured and careful way of working * Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as other position-relevant systems and tools * High degree of discretion and sense of responsibility in handling confidential information * Teamwork skills as well as the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment * Fluent German skills; English and/or French skills are an advantage We are committed to equal opportunities.
