Salesperson & Online Orders (95–100 %) – Specialty Store Zurich

For our established hemp/CBD specialty store in 8037 Zürich (shop + online shop) we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

Salesperson with a focus on online orders (95–100 %)

The position combines two areas: sales in the shop and the independent processing of orders from our online shop.

Your tasks

Sales in the shop

• Friendly service and competent advice for our customers
• Responsible sales according to legal requirements (incl. age control 18+)
• Cash management and daily closing
• Presentation and maintenance of the sales area, orderliness in the shop premises

Online orders & E-Commerce

• Independent processing of online orders: receipt of orders, picking, packing, shipping (Post)
• Answering customer inquiries via email and telephone, processing returns
• Maintenance of the webshop (products, prices, stock levels)
• Monitoring of stock, reordering from suppliers, goods receipt

Administration

• Email correspondence, filing, and simple office organization
• Data maintenance in Excel and web tools

Your profile

• Experience in sales / retail (e.g., Detailhandelsfachfrau/-mann EFZ or comparable)
• Experience in processing online orders, in shipping, or in e-commerce is an advantage
• Confident use of PC, Office, and webshop systems
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (Swiss German is an advantage)
• Independent, exact, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong service orientation
• Interest in natural products as well as the topic of hemp / CBD
• Career changers with sales experience as well as older applicants are welcome
