Your tasks

• Forwarding relevant health information to responsible bodies
• Early recognition of changes in health status
• Independent work in a well-coordinated team
• Care of customers in their home environment
• Promotion of independence and quality of life of those being cared for
• Professional care in the familiar living environment of the clientele
• Strengthening the security and well-being of the customers

Your profile

• Eidgenössischer Fachausweis as Fachperson Gesundheit
• Several years of practical experience in the nursing sector
• Confident German in spoken and written form
• High degree of empathy and sense of responsibility
• Reliable and independent way of working
• Joy in direct contact with people
• Teamwork skills paired with initiative
• Ability to quickly assess health changes
