YOUR TASKS ## • Processing, executing, and documenting work orders, as well as recording and forwarding malfunctions and complaints in the Waveware system • Carrying out maintenance work and repairs on and in the buildings • Checking the functionality of technical systems • Repair/restoration (furniture, lamps, and other equipment) • Ensuring general order and cleanliness in the buildings YOUR PROFILE ## • Completed vocational training as Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ (Swiss Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or equivalent) desired • Several years of experience in caretaker services and the service sector (Facility Management). Experience in the field of a technical service in the hospital sector is an advantage. • Independent, autonomous, and team-oriented working style • Polished and friendly appearance • Valid driving license Cat.
