Security Staff Orderly and Reception Service Federal Asylum Center 100% (m/f/d)

In the extraordinary and highly exciting working environment of the federal asylum centers, we are looking for flexible and well-groomed employees starting immediately or by arrangement. Together with your motivated team, you are responsible for the guarding of federal asylum centers. You fulfill security-relevant tasks in a sensitive environment and prove your human and service-oriented intuition every day. You will receive specific training for your tasks and take responsibility for the protection of people and infrastructure. Your tasks as a reception staff member: Organization and structuring of reception processes according to instructions from the reception service management Execution of a smooth reception, control, and monitoring service Operation and monitoring of security technology facilities (e.g., video surveillance system, fire alarm system, intrusion alarm system, access control system) Implementation and compliance with all internal security specifications, guidelines, and data protection regulations Control rounds and object-specific monitoring tasks in the entrance area Administration, maintenance, and control of material and inventory stocks (e.g., keys, IDs, technical material) Execution of administrative tasks such as keeping protocols and lists, visitor management, ID card issuance, operation of the central telephone system Support during escalations, special occurrences, emergency situations, and evacuations Reporting and proper documentation of security-relevant incidents Support during audits, inspections, and official controls Collaboration with interfaces (e.g., logistics, operations management, orderly service, building management) Participation in the continuous improvement of reception processes and service quality Your tasks in the orderly service: Protection of persons and infrastructure Enforcement of house rules and security-relevant specifications Execution of patrols and control rounds (indoor and outdoor areas) Person searches and creation of effects Perimeter monitoring Reaction to alarms as well as intervention in emergencies and conflicts Handling of recalcitrant persons while maintaining proportionality Support during evacuations Monitoring sensitive areas (catering, medication and pocket money distribution, cleaning services, medical consultations) Collaboration with reception service and emergency services X-ray and control of incoming mail (location dependent) Escorting person transports Reporting of occurrences and rule violations to the group leader (shift supervisor) You are responsible for our federal asylum centers Zürich-Altstetten, Zürich-Seebach, and Embrach and are flexibly deployable between these objects. Being available and flexible (readiness for irregular working hours, including night and weekend services) Having initial experience in the security sector or an equivalent area (Do you have no security experience?
