YOUR TASKS • Operational as well as personnel management of the ward department with a focus on cardiac surgery • Active participation in daily nursing routine • Monitoring and compliance with quality standards and internal guidelines • Ensuring smooth department operations while considering organizational and personnel resources • Co-responsibility in budget compliance • Representation of the department towards internal and external contact persons <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as a dipl.
