M365 Exchange & Workplace Engineer

The daily co-shaping of the digital future of our customers #weshapethefuture. You will take care of the setup and operation of Exchange Online platforms for our customers. You will be responsible for the migration of Exchange environments to M365. Ideally, you will support the Delivery Team in configuring and deploying Cloud Workplace environments with Microsoft Intune (Windows 11, AutoPilot, Defender), EntraID, Azure, Office 365. The technical further development of the existing Workplace as a Service solutions. You will take on the technical and professional requirements in your projects and implement them. You will advise customers on their way to digitization. You have a professional education as an IT specialist EFZ (system technology), additional studies are a plus. You have experience with Exchange, experience with Microsoft 365 is an advantage. First project experiences with Microsoft 365, Entra and Microsoft Intune. A motivated, communicative and reliable person who likes to take responsibility and feels comfortable in a lively, growing environment. Very good German and good English skills. A workload of 80% or more, main workplace in Bern, Zurich or Basel and willingness to travel in Switzerland.
