Tasks ##

• You support, care for, and nurse our residents competently and empathetically in our dementia department.
• You undertake demanding nursing tasks and medical-technical activities.
• You report observations, report clearly, and document completely.
• You help to actively shape the everyday life of our residents and promote their resources.
• You accompany trainees together with the vocational training managers and pass on your knowledge.

Profile ##

• Empathic personality with joy in working with elderly people
• Team-oriented, responsible, and reliable with an independent way of working
• Training as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad and preferably experience in the dementia field
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• IT affinity, ideally EasyDok knowledge
