Real Estate Manager with commercial experience

A small real estate company, which is based in the Dübendorf region, is looking for an experienced and reliable Real Estate Manager with commercial experience ### per immediately or by arrangement at a workload of 80-100% #### Tasks & Challenges • Independent management of residential and commercial properties • Apartment inspections and handovers • Negotiating and drafting lease agreements yourself • Lease amendments and rent adjustments • Independently carrying out smaller construction projects • Preparation of heating and service charge statements • Correspondence and communication with various stakeholders Qualifications & Competencies • Commercial basic training • Further training as a Federal Diploma in Real Estate Management is an advantage • 3-4 years of experience in real estate management is mandatory • High customer orientation, independent way of working and solution-oriented mindset • Negotiation and organizational skills • Fluent German skills, English skills are an advantage • Very good IT skills Opportunities & Perspectives Our client offers an exciting, varied and dynamic environment in a team-oriented atmosphere with interesting development opportunities.
