For our team in Zürich, we are looking for, effective immediately, a Multinational Insurance Coordinator (m/f/d) What do you bring with you? What awaits you? As a Multinational Insurance Coordinator, you are a central contact person for our international insurance programs. You manage the cooperation between clients, the WTW network, and internal teams. The focus is on the organization, tracking, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across national borders. Your main tasks include: Support and further development of multinational insurance programs Steering the cooperation with the international WTW network and the WTW network coordination office in India Ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery Monitoring policies, premium payments, deadlines, and documentation Ensuring an efficient flow of information between clients, network partners, and internal teams Creation and maintenance of reports, overviews, and allocation lists Planning and accompanying renewal activities together with the international network Collaboration in the standardization and optimization of processes What do you bring with you? Completed commercial or insurance-specific training as well as several years of professional experience in an insurance or broking environment Good knowledge of international insurance programs and their management Experience in working with international stakeholders and insurance partners Structured, independent, and reliable way of working as well as strong organizational skills High customer and service orientation combined with strong communication skills Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form Confident handling of MS Office as well as a team- and solution-oriented personality What do we offer?
