In our Medical Center in the heart of Zürich, directly in the main station, we care for patients without an appointment 365 days a year.
Our team, consisting of nearly 60 employees, is composed of specialist doctors in General Internal Medicine, laboratory staff, and MPAs and covers the clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic spectrum of general and internal medicine.
At Medbase Permanence Hauptbahnhof Zürich, we pay attention to a balanced work-life balance.
Working in part-time positions is possible in all functions, and working hours can be designed flexibly.

These are your tasks

• Reception, triage, care, and farewell of our walk-in patients
• Processing patient inquiries via telephone (little) and e-mail
• Administration and electronic billing of patient files
• Ensuring smooth practice processes
• Administration and maintenance of patient data
• Support of the doctors in administrative tasks
• Contact person in the hub function at the reception for the entire team

What you bring

• Basic medical training, further training as a medical secretary is an advantage
• Organizational talent, communication strength, reliability, and an independent and structured way of working
• Joy and pride in the meaningful activity in a walk-in practice
• Empathy, professionalism, and absolute discretion
• Experienced handling of digital work tools, good PC skills
• Very good German as well as English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Enjoyment of changing shifts and weekend and holiday services
