For one of our clients in the Spitex sector in the Canton of Zürich, we are looking for an engaged and reliable Healthcare Specialist EFZ / an engaged and reliable Healthcare Specialist EFZ, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent care and support of clients in their home environment
• Implementation of basic and treatment care according to professional competencies
• Implementation of medical prescriptions as well as performance of medical-technical tasks
• Promotion and maintenance of the independence of the clients
• Observation of the health status and communication of relevant changes to the nursing staff
• Professional documentation of the care services provided
• Cooperation with relatives, registered nurses, doctors, and other specialists
• Participation in ensuring a high quality of care
• Compliance with applicable hygiene, quality, and safety standards

Your profile

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ / Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in Spitex or outpatient care is an advantage
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
• High social competence, teamwork skills, and empathy
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekend shifts
