Experienced Drafter or CAD Designer (Construction) in Civil Engineering wanted! 80-100%

For a modern, future-oriented engineering company with interesting projects throughout German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced drafter or designer in the areas of civil engineering, road construction, or utility construction, immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Independent design of projects in road and utility construction
• Proficient in 2D or 3D programs (AutoCAD, Civil, Cadwork or MicroStation)
• Implementation of planning (urban infrastructure, cantonal + national roads)
• Collaboration on civil engineering projects with digital planning tools (BIM/VDC)
• Co-shaping + further development of a young, dynamic location structure
• Taking on responsibility, contributing ideas, shaping processes

Your profile:

• Drafter EFZ (civil engineering), designer or comparable qualification
• Several years of proven experience in the civil engineering sector in CH
• Independent, precise and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Strong communication skills, commitment and ability to work in a team
