Your area of activity

• Contact person for property owners and property managements
• Processing of free preventive pipe inspections
• Advising existing customers in the area of real estate value preservation
• Acquisition of new customers
• Preparation of offers and maintenance contracts

What defines you

• Field service experience mandatory
• Completed training or professional experience in the field of real estate
• Manual flair
• Negotiation skills and customer-oriented appearance
• Experience in using modern communication tools and common computer programs (MS-Office)
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage
• Residence in the Biel region
• Valid driving license category B
