Are you ready to take on responsibility and further strengthen quality assurance in the «Customer & Distribution» area within the Information & Technology (I&T) organization of Zurich Switzerland?

As a Senior Test Manager, you will take on a key role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Quality Assurance activities - and contribute to establishing a quality culture throughout the entire team. Your focus is not only on ensuring the quality of our IT solutions, but in particular also on enabling teams to ensure quality independently and at an early stage (keyword Shift-Left and Built-in Quality). In doing so, you will work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high test coverage, efficient processes, and real added value for our customers.

You bring cross-departmental topics together with the specialist departments and IT teams and actively contribute to advancing our shared understanding of quality and sustainable solutions in the "Inzentive" project as well as the digital product "Customer Relationship Management".

What you do

• Control and coordination of all testing activities including coaching and enablement of the teams to think and live quality from the beginning
• Development and implementation of test strategies and concepts; you actively support the specialist department in test case creation
• Building effective test monitoring: You develop and visualize KPIs and support teams in deriving appropriate measures
• Enablement of teams in the agile environment to apply test methods independently, whereby you drive the continuous improvement process
• You organize the setup of the test environments including test data and test users and ensure the framework conditions for the E2E testing of business processes. You develop and implement automation strategies and guide teams to advance test automation at all test levels.-

What you bring

• You have several years of experience in test management as well as test automation tools and techniques and have sound knowledge of agile methods
• Ideally, you have an ISTQB certification as a Test Manager (ISTQB® Advanced Level Test Management or similar)
• You have sound knowledge in the use of Artificial Intelligence in quality management
• You have strong interaction and communication skills with stakeholders and teams at all levels
• You have fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing
