Construction Manager 80-100%

Penzel Valier is an interdisciplinary architecture and engineering office with a focus on complex large-scale projects. We accompany construction projects across all service phases - with a high standard for quality, efficiency and teamwork.

As a Construction Manager, you will take on a key role in the economic and schedule management of our projects. You ensure transparency regarding costs, deadlines and construction processes and, together with our interdisciplinary planning teams, contribute to the successful realization of demanding projects.

Your field of activity:

• Responsibility for cost planning, construction cost control and economic management across all project phases
• Preparation and execution of tenders as well as support for awards and contract management
• Establishment and management of construction accounting including cost forecasts and supplementary management
• Participation in schedule planning, construction processes and construction site organization
• Close cooperation with overall management, site management as well as architecture and engineering teams to ensure economical and efficient project execution

What you bring with you:

• Training in the construction sector, ideally as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, HF Hochbau or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in construction cost management, tenders and awards
• Sound knowledge of SIA service phases 31-53
• Confident use of MS Office, Messerli as well as ideally MS Project and BIM tools
• Structured, analytical and responsible way of working as well as very good German skills (C1)
