Experienced Architect (m/f/d) as Project Manager for Datacenter Planning

What awaits you

• As a project-leading architect, you will take over the leadership of the planning team or the architecture team in the planning of data centers.
• Your main tasks include a leading planning activity in the integral team, with a focus on the realization of data centers (SIA 31-53), supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• The planning processing of current and future (large) projects for data centers is your central area of activity – with a focus on trade coordination, technical processing, detail development, and feasibility.
• You work closely with our internal specialist departments (structural engineering, HVAC, electrical engineering, construction management) as well as external specialist planners in a BIM-based coordination process (Revit / ACC).
• You support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal, taking into account sustainable and resource-conserving planning

What you bring

• You have a successfully completed degree in the field of architecture (ETH/FH or equivalent).
• Your career shows several years of professional experience in the planning of medium to large projects, ideally with a clear focus on the planning of data centers.
• You possess sound technical and constructive knowledge as well as very good knowledge of the relevant Swiss standards and regulatory frameworks (especially SIA 102).
• You have demonstrable experience in projects of the SIA phases 31-53.
• You have good knowledge of AutoCAD as well as Revit and have an interest in digital tools and BIM.
• You communicate confidently in German, both written and spoken (at least C1 level) and have good English skills (at least B2 level).
• You are enthusiastic about integral planning and are able to coordinate and process areas of responsibility independently as well as interdisciplinary.
• You are characterized by high competence in all planning phases of demanding building construction projects as well as by your curiosity about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability.
• You have a pronounced awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality in the sense of SIA project execution.
• Your confident appearance, your creative and independent way of working and teamwork skills, as well as your analytical way of thinking, distinguish you.
