To complement our team, we are looking for an independent personality (f/m/d) as a Junior Consultant Executive Search (80-100%).

As a Junior Consultant Executive Search, you will work closely with experienced consultants and will be actively involved in demanding search mandates at top management level in Switzerland. You will gain a unique insight into corporate structures, leadership profiles, and decision-making mechanisms at the highest level and, through your work, contribute directly to the success of our mandates.

Your tasks

• Identification and analysis of companies, markets, and leadership positions
• Research and evaluation of suitable personalities for board and executive management roles
• Direct, telephone contact with selected candidates as part of ongoing projects
• Close cooperation with our consultants throughout the entire search process
• Creation of high-quality and professionally prepared client documents

Your profile

• Completed Master's degree (in Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, or a comparable field)
• Interest in leadership topics, economic contexts, and corporate realities
• Analytical thinking, networked understanding, and a sense for connections
• Proficient German, good written and spoken English skills
• Independent, structured way of working as well as discretion and a high
• Standard for quality and precision
